Shipping Policy

Within Ulaanbaatar: • Express delivery (1–3 hours): 10,000₮ • Same-day standard: 7,000₮

We deliver Monday–Friday 10:00–20:00 and Saturday mornings only.

We use intercity coach (ШУУДАН / aimag post) for orders outside the capital. Shipping fee is paid by the recipient on receipt.

Delivery time: 2–5 business days depending on distance.

We will message or call you as soon as your order is ready. You can pick it up in person or schedule a delivery.

If your parcel cannot be delivered we will contact you directly and arrange a redelivery.
