Returns & Exchanges

Because our pieces are made by hand and often to order, we cannot offer refunds. Please choose your size and color carefully before ordering.

If a size does not fit, contact us within 3 days of delivery.

We can exchange if: • The item is unworn and tagged • It has no stains or odors • The new size is available

Inspect your order upon arrival. We will replace or repair defective items (broken stitching, missing components, etc.). Send photos via Messenger.

We do not issue refunds to bank accounts. For exchanges, price differences can be adjusted in either direction at the time of swap.
